1. Our Global Fulfilment Network

Mont Vivance operates through a global logistics network to deliver orders efficiently. Products may be shipped from the United Kingdom or international fulfilment centres depending on stock availability.

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages at no extra cost.

2. Supported Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom – 9–20 business days
  • United States – 9–20 business days
  • Germany – 9–20 business days

Orders from unsupported regions will not be processed.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time: 9 to 20 business days after dispatch.

  • Processing: 1–2 business days
  • Shipping: varies depending on destination

Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or external factors.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for all destinations.

Import duties and taxes are not included and must be paid by the customer.

5. Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take 48–72 hours to appear.

If no update appears after 5 business days, contact support.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties. These are the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot control customs delays or fees.

7. Delays & Exceptions

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Holidays or peak seasons
  • Incorrect address
  • Missed deliveries

Delays do not qualify for refunds unless the package is confirmed lost.

8. Lost or Undelivered Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 30 days from dispatch, contact support.

We will investigate with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we will issue a refund or replacement.

Orders marked as delivered are not considered lost.

9. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

Address changes are not possible after dispatch.

If the address is incorrect and the order is shipped, reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
